Abstract
The Wilmar Planning Tool is developed in the project Wind Power
Integration in Liberalised Electricity Markets (WILMAR)
supported by EU (Contract No. ENK5-CT-2002-00663).
A User Shell implemented in an Excel workbook controls the Wilmar Planning Tool. All data are contained in Access databases that communicate with various sub-models through text files that are exported from or imported to the databases. The Joint Market Model (JMM) constitutes one of these sub-models. This report documents the Joint Market model (JMM). The documentation describes:
1. The file structure of the JMM.
2. The sets, parameters and variables in the JMM.
3. The equations in the JMM.
4. The looping structure in the JMM.
