Fødevarestyrelsen has received an enquiry from Kemi og Fødevarekvalitet regarding the finding of undeclared mustard in vegetarian lasagna. Two analysis reports have been submitted where mustard was not detected by ELISA. The supplier of frozen pasta sheets has previously reported a level of 2.5 mg/kg. Fødevarestyrelsen asks the National Food Institute of Technical University to assess whether the amount of mustard in the product poses a risk to consumers who cannot tolerate mustard.
