Abstract
This report describes the theoretical background for the structural calculations performed by Risø National Laboratory as consultants for the wind power programme of the Ministry of Commerce and the electric utilities in Denmark. Furthermore a general description of the analysis procedures is given as a survey of types of calculations made.
