    Abstract

A few case studies on the work practices of OHS consultants in relation to consultancy on technological change processes were firstly analysed as of socio-technical design processes. Then they were tentatively reinterpreted as workspace design processes. It was concluded that combining the two approaches is valuable for enabling and developing a new work practice among OHS consultants with a greater impact on design of sound workplaces.
