Abstract

n the spring 2022, student Bodil Toftegård completed a special course at DTU Aqua in Denmark. She applied marine monitoring tools including acoustic telemetry to track individual fish, and snorkel transects to assess fish distributional changes. The project covered A) hydrophone deployments in an estuary, B) fish trapping in a stream, C) fish tagging with acoustic transmitters, and D) fish identification by snorkeling.
