Abstract
We demonstrate a singly-resonant four-wave mixing process utilizing an AlGaAs-on-insulator Fabry-Perot Bragg grating cavity, specially designed for high-speed nonlinear applications. We achieve about 4 dB conversion efficiency enhancement compared to a straight waveguide configuration without compromising its operation bandwidth.
