The device has a emitter (3) comprising a light-emitting tube (32) packaged in a shielding shell (31), an amplifier and a power supplying unit that supplies power to the light-emitting tube and the amplifier. A sensor and the emitter are connected by an emitter probe (4). An electric signal detected by the sensor is transmitted to the amplifier in the emitter to amplify the power. A cover (37) of the shielding shell is provided with an insulation supporting column (5) that is provided with the emitter probe.
