Abstract
The main purpose of this paper is to give a synthetic presentation
of hte well-known scenario method. Different schools and
traditions will be shortly presented. In addition guidelines for
hte use of this method will be discussed. Finally, applications
will also be outlined as well as some critical remarks. This paper
also presents a selected list of references for further studies.
