Abstract
The IT-market of ERP-systems have significantly changed over the
last 10 years. At least in Denmark manufacturing enterprises used
to close "partner like" collaboration with their IT-supplier, now
face mass produced packaged software. This challenges the skills
of technology managers, can they cope with the IT-plague, do they
suffer from the "power of default",i.e. the use of standard
settings of parameters?- or can they tailor anything to anybody?
