Abstract
Fødevarestyrelsen har bedt DTU Fødevareinstituttet om en sundhedsmæssig risikovurdering af xanthan gum med restindhold af ethylenoxid på 0,11 mg/kg, som er brugt til fremstilling af marmelade.
