Abstract
As the requirements of sustainable development, the effective development and reasonable utilization of integrated energy plays an important role in improving energy efficiency and reducing environmental pollution. It is noticed that only with the support of the integrated energy simulation and planning platform can the Integrated Energy System (IES) achieve high development. Firstly, in terms of the simulation and planning functions, the types of energy services, the platform characteristics and so on, ten representative simulation and planning platforms are selected in this paper for detailed comparison and introduction, which include COMPOSE, DER-CAM, EnergyPLAN, eTransport, HOMER, RETScreen, TRNSYS, CloudIEPS, IES-Plan, and Integrated Energy Simulation Test System Based on RT-LAB. Secondly, these ten platforms are classified according to the scenarios, methodology and model types, which provides reference of choices for the users. Moreover, with the consideration of the current development status of simulation and planning platforms, this paper discusses some problems in the development of modeling time scale, the role of users, the coupling of multiple departments, and the influence of external system. Finally, on the basis of existing problems, this paper puts forward some suggestions for further development of the simulation and planning platform.
