Abstract
This article will present a précis of scheduling tools. It is intended to pool new tools, new ideas, new developments and critiques on the well-known tools in project scheduling and structuring. Suggestions for avoiding delays in “real life” will be given by using an adapted set of these tools. Finally, a guideline for designing what set of scheduling tools a company should use in order to improve its current scheduling performance.
