    Abstract

    Production Management Systems (PMS)is a technology developing in Denmark And Internationally. The chapter argues that technological development should be interpreted as a incremental process.It Discusses two danish cases and used the concept of the company specific social constitution to explain key issues of the implementation of PMS.
