The system has a receiver comprising a receiving tube, an adjustor and a power supply unit. The receiving tube is encapsulated in a shielding shell. Another power supply unit supplies power to the receiving tube and the adjustor. The receiving tube receives an optical signal of an optical fiber, transforms the signal into electric signals, and transmits the electric signals to the adjustor. The receiving tube follows, increases and amplifies voltage to transmit the electric signals to an oscillometer.
