Nonlinear conductivity response of graphene on thin polymeric film detected by reflection-mode air-plasma THz-TDS

Abstract

We demonstrate that conductivity of graphene on thin polymer film can be accurately measured by reflection-mode air-plasma based THz time-domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS). Instantaneous and strong nonlinear conductivity depletion was observed under high THz electrical field.
