Abstract

The diluted magnetic (‘‘semimagnetic’’) semiconductor Cd1–xMnxTe reveals intriguing spin glass properties. In this paper, the results of neutron scattering studies of Cd1–xMnxTe are presented. The low‐temperature spin correlations have been studied for several single crystal samples in the composition range 0.60
