N2 - Given the significant renewable resource potential across the MENA region, this study examines current and future opportunities for the development of renewable projects using a multidimensional comparative framework. The analysis considers various critical factors for project success, such as the availability of renewable resources—solar, wind, or hydroelectric—along with the state of electricity grid infrastructure and the advanced role of renewable energy policies and regulations. By evaluating these dimensions, the study provides valuable insights into the attractiveness of each country for renewable energy development based on the specific conditions and opportunities unique to each nation.
