Abstract
Current infrastructure holds a considerable momentum and this
momentum is a barrier of transformation towards more sustainable
technologies and more sustainable styles of network management.
Using the sewage sector in Denmark as an example of a technical
infrastructure system this paper argues that there are technical,
economical and social aspects of the current infrastructures
momentum.
