    Abstract

    One of the objectives of modern management is to mobilize and develop human ressources while simultaneously sharing responsibility with employees, thus, giving them a chance to actively contribute to the development of their work in a way that promotes flexibility, effiency and quality. This idea is meant to fulfil employees for more stimulating and meaningsful work - bur does it?
