Highlights: [•] We developed a biomass gasification trigeneration plant model. [•] The model provides five configurations for heat, cold and electricity production. [•] The outputs for different types of biomass and operating conditions can be evaluated. [•] It is proved to be a useful tool for assessing the performance of trigeneration plants.
