Abstract
Central carbon metabolism of living Saccharomyces cerevisiae is visualized by DNP-NMR. Experiments are conducted as real time assays that detect metabolic bottlenecks, pathway use,
reversibility of reactions and reaction mechanisms in vivo with subsecond time resolution.
