The latter magnetic core, an integrating circuit (3) and a voltage divider (4) are arranged in another shielding shell (1b). An input of the integrating circuit and the latter shielding are connected with the latter coil. An output of the integrating circuit is connected with the voltage divider. An output (13) of the voltage divider outputs a measuring signal. A magnetic fixture (6a) is arranged in the former shielding shell.
