Abstract

Low threshold power in Kerr-microresonators have made them attractive platforms for observing nonlinear interactions of light. Previous works on single microresonators reported light distribution between different modes, including slow-time evolutions [1], [2] as well as the fast-time dynamics of optical fields [3], along with dispersion engineering [4]. Coupled resonator systems have gathered significant attention in recent years for unveiling a wide range of novel physical phenomena such as spontaneous symmetry breaking [5], [6], and investigations of soliton dynamics [7].
