    Abstract

A Standard Research Programme was approved by the Coordinating Meeting on the 12th of May 1971 of the Working Group covering Engineering Aspects of Irradiation Embrittlement of Pressure Vessel Steels. This Working Group was set up by the International Atomic Energy Agency. Several institutes in different countries agreed on doing irradiation experiments according to the approved programme on steel A 533B from the American HSST programme. The Danish contribution covering tensile, impact, and hardness testing of non-irradiated steel and steel irradiated at 290°C to 2 x 1019 nf/cm2 is presented in this report.
