Abstract

Mask Projection Vat Photopolymerization (MPVP) is an Additive Manufacturing (AM) based process that allows the fabrication of complex 3D parts with microscale features. It uses a layer-by-layer approach via selective curing of a photosensitive resin, with an Ultraviolet (UV) light source, and a dynamic mask generated by, either a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), or a Digital Micromirror Device (DMD) [1].
