Abstract

133Cs and 51V NMR spectra have been recorded of Cs2S2O7 and the catalytically important Cs2S2O7-V2O5 mixtures in the temperature range 20 - 550 C. A high mobility of Cs+ in the solid Cs2S2O7 was observed. The transformation from glassy state to crystalline state was investigated for the compositions Cs/V = 1, 2 and 4.
