Abstract

The method involves causing a space stray capacitance value between a high voltage electrode and a high voltage arm resistor to form linear decrement type distribution from a high voltage end to a low voltage end along the high voltage arm resistor by controlling distribution of a space stray capacitor among the high voltage electrode, a low voltage electrode and the high voltage arm resistor. A divider is provided with wide measuring frequency band and high input impedance.
