Abstract

A hierarchical nano-array of ultrathin rolled-up Co(OH)(CO₃)_0.5 films assembled on Ni_0.25Co_0.75S_x nanosheet arrays has been prepared for the construction of a supercapacitive electrode. This hierarchical arrayed structure has a high specific capacitance of 1710 F g^-1 at 5 mA cm^-2 and good rate capability.
