    Abstract

This paper reviews research in the Geometrical Theory of Diffraction (GTD) and the Physical Theory of Diffraction (PTD) at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). The year 2012 celebrates the 50th anniversary of the seminal works of J.B. Keller on GTD and P. Ya Ufimtsev on PTD - two closely connected theories for high-frequency diffraction of electromagnetic waves
