Abstract
This report provides information about the software interface that
is programmed for the Optimization Program LCP2. The first part is
about the general description of the program followed by a guide
for using the interface. The last chapters contain a discussion
about problems or futute extensions of the project. The program is
written in Visual C++5.0 on a Windows NT4.0 operating system.
