Frequency-Resolved Focal Spot Size of a Two-Color Air-Plasma THz Beam

Abstract

Using knife-edge assisted THz time-domain spectroscopy with a broadband air-plasma THz source we demonstrate frequency-resolution of the spatial THz beam profile, most notably near the spectroscopically important focal plane.
