Abstract

The paper discuss a IGBT model of a 10kvar five level non clamped compensator build to in-vestigate principles about multilevel system. Pulse wide modulation with selective harmonic elimination for multilevel converter is described where one of the solution is made in the labo-ratory model. Also the DC voltage sharing between the capacitors from the model is shown and methods for this regulation is given.
