Abstract

A procedure of the analysis of thin-wire structures with the distributed nonlinear surface impedance is considered, which is based on the use of nonlinear boundary conditions. The developed procedure is reduced to a software package working for the analysis of thin-wire structures with different parameters of the surface impedance under their excitation with all kinds of sources. The results of computation of nonlinear effects for the simplest radiators - symmetric and asymmetric dipoles with the inductive surface impedance - are given. There are analyzed also the input resistance of these radiators at different levels of their excitation. The difference in behaviour of the current distribution along scatterers with the distributed and lumped nonlinearities when exciting them with the plane wave field.
