Abstract
This talk investigates a suitable design paradigm for a class of
concurrentsystems exemplifiesd by measuring instruments. The
characteristic featuresare: distributed sensing and preprocessing,
and a computationally intensiveprocess that is required to combine
measurements in a time consistent way.
