as a baseline for
results obtained in the scientific and technical work packages of the DeepWind
project.
A comparison of DeepWi
nd with existing VAWTs and paper projects are carried
out and the evaluation of the concept in terms of cost, as well as the technical
and scientific recommendations are performed.
The work is a result of the contributions within the
DeepWind
project which
is
supported by the European Commission, Grant 256769 FP7 Energy 2010
