    Abstract

This report contains a critical review of Jan Beyea's report: A Study of Some of the Consequences of Hypothetical Reactor Accidents at Barsebäck (Princeton, January 1978).

Unreasonable assumptions concerning dry deposition, plane rise, meterological considerations, dose-response relationship and probability distributions were found in the report.

Risø find that the conclusions of the Beyea report are results of a matehmatical exercise rather than results of a realistic risk evaluation for Barsebäck.
