Abstract

ELLEA3 (v0.81) computes stresses, strains, and displacements in a layered elastic half-space due to two uniformly loaded circular patches. The patches can differ in radius; each is subjected to normal (vertical) and unidirectional shear stresses. Five weightless, homogeneous, and isotropic layers are considered, with variable interface bonding conditions.
