Electron-optical phase shift of magnetic nanoparticles: I. Basic concepts

Abstract

Electron-optical phase shift of magnetic nanoparticles was discussed. Fourier space approach was used to study the transmission electron microscopy (TEM) observations. It was found that this framework can be used for the interpretation of TEM experiments on magnetic particles on the nanometer scale.
