Abstract

The electrode structure is designed to decrease the stray capacitance between a high-voltage electrode and high-voltage arm resistor and increases stray capacitance between a low-voltage electrode and the high-voltage arm resistor. The output voltage amplitude of a voltage divider is unrelated to the detected voltage frequency, so that the voltage divider has higher input impedance while having wider measuring frequency band.
