Abstract
A lens-free DMT-16QAM W-band photonic-wireless system using an integrated MLL chip and a mixer-based receiver is demonstrated. The on-chip single-light-source MLL generates W-band signals and simplifies the transmitter. The wireless signal's SNR is improved by phase-coherent optical carriers both modulated with data beating in PD.
