Abstract
The directional resonant secondary emission of a semiconductor microcavity is investigated. Exciting the lower polariton branch, a directional emission on a ring is observed. The coherent emission ring shows a reduction of its angular width for increasing time, a direct evidence for the time-energy uncertainty in the disorder scattering dynamics. The ring width is decreasing down to an intrinsic width given by the polariton disorder scattering.
