The Danish Polymer Centre is a collaboration between Risø National Laboratory and the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). At DTU the Department of Chemical Engineering and the Department of Manufacturing Engineering and Management participate in thecentre. At Risø the Polymer Department constitute the center activities. The present 2002 Annual Report does not intend to give a complete list of research and educational activities at the center, but provides rather few examples of selected activitiesthat have led to remarkable results in 2002. The given contributions are in no way exhaustive of the research results obtained in the year but are intended to given an appreciation of the Centre activities. Some activities with industrial collaborationsare further described.
