Abstract

This report presents three compatible business plans for three services developed; weather forecast service, satellite image service, and N‐fertilization service (ensemble).
Since the N‐fertilization service is still a prototype and needs further investment to become a final product that can be integrated with commercial FMIS’es (Farm Management Systems) available on the market, it is not possible to get customers before capital investment is available and finalization realized.
With a large volume of customers (farmers) in several countries in Europe – typically those where farmers currently are working little with fertilization optimization ‐ the business has a chance to become profitable for all the partners delivering services to the final product.
