Abstract
Microgrid is an efficient solution to the utilization of renewable energy. According to the different operations (grid-connected or islanded), a fuzzy-logic based control strategy between BESS and dispatchable DG units is proposed in this paper, where the BESS plays a key role. The effectiveness of the proposed control strategy is simulated and verified using DIgSILENT/PowerFactroy.
