Abstract
In part 1 of this series of articles the corporation historically between the brewery chemists / microbiologists / technicians (‘’QA’’) and the Brewmasters / Process Managers / Packaging Line managers (‘’Brewmasters’’) was discussed. It was found, that QA and Brewmasters need each other, but also, that they sometimes don’t realize this.
