Abstract

The sheet conductivity of graphene on thin polymer film can be accurately measured by air-plasma based ultrabroadband terahertz time-domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS). The transmitted THz echo signals are well separated in time due to the short THz pulse duration, and oscillation-free frequency dependent conductivity curves can be obtained.
