Abstract
The report is a comparison of three recommendations for wind turbine power performance measurement procedures. These are the European Recommandation for a Wind Turbine Standard on Performance Determination, the IEA Recommended Practices for Power Performance Testing, and the Danish Recommandation for Power Performance Measurements.
