Abstract
This technical report provides basic measurement principles and practical guidance on spectroradiometry of optical radiation sources in the wavelength range from 200 nm to 2 500 nm and a detailed overview of physical effects relevant for measurement uncertainty estimation. This document cancels and replaces CIE 063-1984. Additional details on measurement principles not covered in this document can be found in CIE 214:2014.
