Abstract
A calculation method for estimating the axial temperature distributions of each of the 26 fuel elements of the DR 3 core is described and demonstrated. With input data for fuel element power, D2O outlet temperature and main D2O circulator combination, a computer code calculates all important temperatures in the fuel element.
