Abstract
In this paper different applications of the HSP matrix are discussed. The HSP High Speed Product Management)is a new management model in which dimensions related to organisation, technology, product and market are integrated to create synergy and focus in relation to faster new product development. It is shown, that the model can be used as an extension of the classic product portfolio tools, among which the most well-known are the boston Consulting Group's and McKinsey & Co.'s versions.
